Check out the companies viewing your profile

This newest update gives you a leg up in your job search.

One of the hardest, most anxiety-inducing parts of the job search is submitting a job application into what seems like a shapeless abyss, not sure if a recruiter or hiring manager will ever see it.

In addition to following some basic job search tips, there is one way you can take control: play the profile game.

The latest update to your  inclusionP candidate profile means you now have the ability to see the list of companies that are viewing your resume, profile and information. It’s pretty simple – have a 100% completed profile and you’ll unlock the list!

Why should you complete your profile?

Aside from knowing which companies are actively looking at you, your candidate profile is where you can really make yourself stand out, offering more flexibility and opportunity than a standard one-page resume. It also increases your chances of finding the right job at the right place. When an employer can see who you are outside of a highly curated list of accomplishments and job titles, they can start to picture how you might fit onto their team. That recruiter or hiring manager can see how dedicated you are to a cause, that you’re a quick learner or your career ambitions.

What you need to complete your profile

Basics: This is setting up your candidate profile (first and last name, email, zip code, etc.) Create your inclusionP candidate profile here.

Resume: Either upload a resume (or two or three!) or build a resume in three easy steps. Our AI utilizes billions of data points and decades of experience to auto-fill common job duties and titles, then add your own personality and details.

Career goals: Get specific and personal! Your desired job title, location (current or future), employment type, salary and availability are all important for a hiring manager to understand. Don’t forget to add your skills and proficiency levels, as well as any certificates or other qualifications. The more you enter, the more a potential employer can get to know you!

Now that you’ve completed your profile, you can unlock the list of companies that have viewed your resume and profile. Navigate to their career site or job postings and start applying to open jobs!

More updates you’ll see this month include improvements to the user interface with an activity tab so you can see your saved and applied-to jobs.
